WEEK 8 : Mindful of Taste/Mindful Eating

Notes

Focusing on mindful eating can be a good reminder to slow down and savor what we eat. It also brings awareness to where our food comes from, the resources, like water and soil and land that make it, the humans that harvest it, the transportation that brings it to the store, and the person who selects and purchases it at the store.

apple or orange slices or small snack for students to taste;
